Warranty

1. Duration of Warranty

Jing-C International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to "JC") provides different warranty periods for its products as set forth below. This warranty service is applicable only to JC branded products and original branded products sold by JC (hereinafter referred to as "Products").

• Memory Module - Limited Life Time Warranty

• Solid State Drive - 3 Years Warranty

• USB Flash Drive - Limited Life Time Warranty

• Memory Cards - Limited Life Time Warranty

 

For warranty service within the above listed warranty period, the original warranty sticker label must be remained on the defected product and provided to JC.

2. Warranty Service

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, JC is pleased to offer Warranty Service to our customers at no additional charge for defective Products within the applicable warranty term. The warranty term begins on the original purchase day. To avail the Warranty Service, it is necessary to provide documentation proving the original purchase day. In cases where the original purchase day cannot be determined, JC will determine the validity of the warranty term based on the Product's serial number.

For assistance, please reach out to the local retailer or dealer where the purchase was made. Alternatively, you may choose to initiate a Warranty Service Request by contacting JC's RMA email at sales@jingc-international.com. In such instances, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to JC, including the round-trip transportation expenses and relevant insurance. However, JC will cover all other transportation costs incurred after the completion of the repair.

In certain situations, JC may opt to replace the defective Product with a spare product from our stock instead of repairing it. Once the replacement has been made, JC retains the sole right to dispose of the defective Products. Therefore, the repaired Products you receive may not be the original ones sent for Warranty Service, and the original Product will not be returned to you. If a Product has been discontinued or factory repair service is no longer available, JC will, at its sole discretion, offer a substitute of equivalent level or class for the affected Product.

JC may replace the defective Product with a spare product from stock as in lieu of repairing the Product, and after replacement, JC owns its sole right to dispose the defective Products. In such case, the repaired Products you receive may not be the original Products you sent for Warranty Service, and the original Product will not be returned to you as well. In case the Product has been discontinued or factory repair service is no longer provided, JC will, at its sole discretion, offer a substitute in equivalent level or class for such Product instead.

3. Scope of Warranty and Disclaimer

This Warranty explicitly excludes defects or damages to Products resulting from human error-related factors or any other non-ordinary factors, including but not limited to:

• Malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or improper use by any individual.

• Product repairs or disassembly performed by unauthorized technicians.

      Alteration, damage, or removal of the Warranty label.

• Product serial number that does not match JC's records or is challenging to identify.

4. Exception of warranty

The Warranty Service provided by JC does not cover the recovery or backup of any digital data stored in the Product. JC does not guarantee the preservation of digital data during or after the Warranty Service, and is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred to digital data stored in repaired Products. JC is also not liable for any damages to the Product or losses of digital data during the delivery process. Therefore, it is strongly advised to back up your digital data and remove it from the Product before shipping it to JC for Warranty Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws or regulations, JC shall not be held liable, under this Warranty, for any loss of profit, anticipated savings, digital data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of the Products.

JC explicitly disclaims all liability for personal injury, death, or any loss or damage to property arising from the use of non-consumer and business-class Products in various circumstances. Such circumstances include but are not limited to the application of defective or malfunctioning equipment, including medical or medical-related equipment, military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems, nuclear energy systems, and similar devices that may pose a risk to personal safety or property.
